We are starting a new unit in IRLA:

What is historical fiction?
Take a look at the resources through this link and then see if you can answer that question here on the blog.

Please feel free to share your opinions or prior experiences with historical fiction.

Yea Buddie history social studies time

Glad you seem excited about the unit, Jorge! What is historical fiction? Can you give us a definition? ~Ms. Morris

What I think historical fiction is, it’s like a story that’s not true. (I think)

And also a story that has bin set in the past .

Can’t wait I think it might be fun

A fake story, but based on real life events. Like a story about a heroic soldier in WWII, named Opus. Not true, but the story is realistic, and world war 2 really happened. .

I think historical fiction is based on a true event but it
never really happend in reall life.
